Effective Ways to Stop Premature Ejaculation

By Tatyana Dyachenko

It is a fact that more than 25% of men worldwide go through premature ejaculation. Causes can be attributed to both mental and biological reasons. Enumerated below are some helpful tips in overcoming the problem of premature ejaculation. Embarrassing situations can be avoided when you are able to stop your affliction in its tracks.

Tip 1: Make sure you get regular exercise

Keeping your body in shape is important to your overall health. Cardiovascular exercises improve blood flow, making sure all the parts of your body are fully supplied. What’s more, exercise can also improve your personal well-being. Physical fitness boosts your self-confidence and self-esteem.

Tip 2: Practice proper breathing techniques

All bodily organs function properly if they are supplied with blood that has sufficient oxygen levels It is important to supply sufficient oxygen to the body to ensure that they function properly. Breathing techniques, such as pranayama, may help stop premature ejaculation. You may also try to practice deep breathing after insertion, to make sure that you experience all the sensations fully, before you start moving and applying friction.

Tip 3: Get your partner involved

The goal of a sexual encounter is mutual satisfaction. It is only fitting that you involve your partner in your intention to overcome premature ejaculation. Consult your partner. Do not be afraid to ask them when they are being satisfied. Communicate. During the act, when you feel that you might be ejaculating too early, learn how to say “STOP!” and cease doing the sexual activity. Resume again when your overexcitement has abated.

Tip 4: Practice meditation

Meditation and deep breathing have been known to increase control over the body. Self-control, more importantly, control over sexual urges, can help overcome premature ejaculation. Maintaining a controlled state of mind can keep you from releasing too early, and release only at the right moment.

Tip 5: Try doing Kegel exercises

Kegel exercises strengthen the pelvic muscles. This is popular among women, especially mothers. With Kegel exercises, the pelvic muscles are flexed or tightened, then relaxed repeatedly, making them firm and strong after some time. This ensures that activities that involve these strengthened muscles are performed in a more satisfying manner.

Tip 6: Concentrate on foreplay

Since premature ejaculation means that you cannot last long enough to satisfy your partner, then you should more time doing foreplay. Learn to prolong the excitement and avoid letting your partner touch your organs so you do not release prematurely. This may even be treated like a teasing game, wherein your partner is so warmed up that she is ready to reach climax, then you are also ready to do your real job.

Tip 7: Practice! Practice! Practice!

It may seem cliché, but indeed, as with any other activity: practice makes perfect. Yes, practice will definitely help you take control of your body, your urges, your satisfaction, and your ability to satisfy your mate.

Herbs may help supplement treatment of premature ejaculation. Herbs, such as Shilajit, Ashwagandha and Mucuna are known to treat the symptoms effectively. You may opt to try taking a single herb, or try a combination of them to help cure your ailment.
