Female Ejaculation: Expert Guide On How To Squirt

By Ekaterina Mironova

There is plenty of information available regarding female ejaculation or "squirting" as it is sometimes called. The problem is that much of that information is just plain wrong. For example, not all women can ejaculate and the fluid that is released is not urine. Those are two myths from opposite ends of the spectrum, and you can find just about everything in between written and given as fact on the internet.

Beyond separating fact from fiction, there is plenty of visual and written material for those who find the idea of female ejaculation intriguing. It is the object of a substantial amount of fetish material. If the idea of squirting is something that turns you on, or fascinates you or you think you'd like to experience there are some techniques that you may want to try. It never hurts to find out more about what you like and don't like sexually, especially if you make discoveries in a way that feels safe and pleasurable to you.

First a few of cautionary tips: ejaculation is accompanied by the strong urge to urinate, and things could get messy. The ejaculate is not urine, and you most likely will not urinate, but the ejaculate itself could create a bit of mess - just like a man's ejaculate can be messy. Also, not all women can ejaculate and not all women can control when or if they will ejaculate. The following steps are ways of encouraging your body and are not a sure fire prescription for squirting. In fact, the word "squirting" may be off the mark - some women might be called "dribblers" or even "tricklers." Just because the fluid doesn't come out of you like a geyser doesn't mean you didn't ejaculate.

If this is something new to you and you are not sure if it will feel good, you may want to try it alone the first time, just to see what happens. You can always introduce it to your partner later - if you decide you like and if you think he would like it. After all, you are the person who can tell if something feels good or not. You may find that, while the idea of squirting is appealing, the actual physical sensation is nothing like you thought it would be. Some women don't enjoy it.

Go to the bathroom before you get started. That way, later on when you feel like you're about to pee everywhere, you will know that you are getting close to ejaculation and that you are not really about to pee everywhere. Next, make sure you have the lube handy. Whether you are using a toy or your fingers (or both) you will need lube.

Many women find using a toy is the best way to reach ejaculation. You will need to be quite stimulated, so get yourself going however works best for you. If you are not familiar with your G spot, now is the time to find it. In order to locate the G spot, it's best to use your fingers at first. When you insert your finger into your vagina, the G spot is toward the front. In other words, if you try to touch your stomach from the inside, you will most likely find your G spot.

No matter what you've heard, finding and touching your G spot is not enough to send you into convulsions of pleasure. Some people don't really enjoy G spot stimulation at all. However, it is good to know where it is and to experiment because who doesn't like to know about their bodies' possible pleasure centers?

You will be able to recognize the G spot because it feels sort of rough or nubby compared to the rest of the vaginal wall. It is easier to find if you are aroused because the "nubs" swell with arousal. The reason many women find the use of toy is helpful to reaching ejaculation is that a curved dildo is often just right for G spot stimulation.

It is with the G spot stimulation that most women begin to feel like they are about to urinate, and this is also where many women stop. If you can trust your body that you are not about to pee (remember? You went to the bathroom right before you started doing this) then you may be able to ejaculate. Some people find they are more comfortable if they have a towel or two under them or if they masturbate in the tub, just in case.

Most women are familiar with their PC muscles, and that knowledge will come in handy as you learn how to ejaculate. You need to be able to both tense and relax your PC muscles for it to work. If you have masturbated yourself into a state of high arousal and you feel like something is about to happen but you can't quite get there, try pushing out with your PC muscles. It is at this point that you will most likely squirt if it's going to happen.

If you try all of this and nothing happens or you don't like the way it feels, don't worry over it too much. There are a few other factors that may be coming into play. G spot sensitivity can change over time, or with the hormone levels in your body. Some women find that clitoral stimulation along with G spot stimulation can do the trick, so you might want to try two toys or a hand or a tongue or whatever your favorite method of clitoral stimulation is. Just like your tastebuds change over time, so do the sexual preferences of most people.
