How Butt Plugs can Tighten Muscles

By Tatyana Dyachenko

Now the general view of anal is that the completely loosens all the anal muscles and thats that. Not entirely true. In fact you can use an anal plug to actually work your anal muscles and believe it or not, tighten them. How? Well this article is going to explain exactly that, and how it came about me realising, then researching it. It works by utilising the sphincter muscles (circular muscles) in this area. So, where to begin?

The basic idea for working these anal muscles is based on the fact you can physically control these muscles. It just takes a little concentration and you can easily tighten them. Its a very easy practice that many people who have experienced an unwanted loosening of these muscles to attempt to tighten them once more. In order to do this it is advised to tighten and hold the muscles for around thirty seconds then relax and repeat for a few minutes everyday, then after a few weeks you can notice a difference in the anal sphincter muscles.

Okay so where do anal plugs come in? Well I wanted to retain some tightness without losing the ability to wear a good size anal plug. I was wearing a small basic plug one day and as some people may find when they become loser certain anal plugs can, slip a little. It was the process of holding it in that made me think. In the end I devised similar muscle exercises utilising the plug as you would do without one. Putting in a plug that is smaller than your usual play ones and working the muscles in the same way, tightening for thirty seconds then releasing, and carrying on this method for around half an hour. I’ve noticed I’ve been able to hold in the smaller plugs with a lot more ease and still wear the larger ones without any discomfort.

Now, this is just how its worked for me, but I think other people maybe able to take this idea and figure out for themselves how it could work for them. Everyone is different, some people find that they have no issue with loosening at all, some people know all too well what I mean. So for anyone whose feeling a little loose, try both these methods, or even just the plug one, to try and solve your issue. Its worth giving it a go, if it works to well do it less, if it doesn’t seem to work for you, well you may have to dig deeper or try for longer periods of time. Either way, no harm in trying. Let us know how it goes for you.
