How to Find your G Spot

By Elena Ognivtseva

Some women never ever have a G-spot orgasm and the only way that they can climax is with external stimulation to their clit and that’s ok. But if you are thinking that you really want to figure out what all the fuss is about having a G-spot orgasm then the first thing that you need to do is find the elusive thing.

First of all, it is not something that can be forced or that you just tell yourself is going to happen. There are a few factors that come into play when looking to find your G-spot or in trying to make it actually work its magic like it is supposed to.

So being relaxed is really the first key to success. Don’t feel pressured to make something happen or to learn how to ‘squirt’ like a porn star with your first attempt into the G zone!

Lay back and get comfortable. If you are having your partner involved in this fun experiment, then that’s great. Make sure they are willing to give this some time and not make you feel pressured either into performing or anything like that.

Once you feel setting into a semi sitting or laying position, then have your partner slowly start stimulating your clitoris to help get you in the mood. Once you feel yourself starting to respond, then have your partner insert one or two fingers into your vagina.

Have your partner start to feel around slowly until they feel a wrinkly little knob that has two larger squishy tissues on either side. You should be able to help direct where the probing fingers are going when you feel some sensations or tingles yourself.

Have your partner start motioning with their fingers like they are calling you over, bending and stroking the walls of your vagina. As you become more aroused, they should be feeling that that special spot is starting to swell up.

You should be feeling more and more intense and almost feeling like you have to go pee. The G-spot will continue to feel more sensitive and it may just be too much stimulation for you to handle.

It’s most important that you keep communicating what feels good and what feel too intense. You don’t want to get too tense up or find yourself holding your breathe. Keep relaxed and allow yourself to just go with the flow and enjoy the whole experience.

Keep having the pressure and the areas of stimulation changing. You might like deep, firm thrusting but maybe you prefer a more circular motion. Just find that perfect balance and then allow yourself to just go for it!

You might find that there is almost a ripple effect as the levels of orgasms start to build and get stronger. Some women find that you start off experiencing small mini orgasms and then they build up and build up until you feel like you cannot take any more.

Women are capable of actually ejaculating and with some practice you can get the hang of that pretty easily. Just practice squeezing your muscles and holding on tightly until you feel the orgasm building then just hold it all together until you can’t take it more and then feel like you are going push the orgasm right out your vagina!

Make sure you have a few towels handy as it can be loads of fun but also a little messy!
