Squirting orgasms – we’ve all seen them in porn but they can be tricky to achieve yourself. Never one to want to remain outside of these kind of mysteries, I have been doing a little investigation to see if I could get my squirt on.
Squirting, or female ejaculation, is when liquid is expelled from the urethra at the point of orgasm. It gives a sense of release and makes for a different kind of exciting orgasm. The liquid that is expelled is not urine; it is thought to be a composite of a small amount of urine and other bodily fluids. In porn you will see girls squirting enormous fountains of fluid, but most women who squirt don’t drench the room – they squirt a small amount of clear liquid comparable to a man’s ejaculation.
Probably. Pretty much. It’s one of those things, like when you read advice that says not everyone has/can enjoy sensation on the G-spot. It’s probably a matter of sensitivity and training the body, so if you want to try you should go for it. You will probably succeed eventually.
All the conventional squirting advice suggests that prolonged stimulation of the G-spot via the frontal vaginal wall is the best way to squirt. Diagrams, videos and explanations suggest stroking the G-spot with a ‘come hither’ motion for up to half an hour to make a girl squirt. Other advice depicts a fairly rigorous looking up-and-down-motion stimulation of the same area – the frontal wall.
I have found that drinking a hell of a lot of water is the key for me. It doesn’t seem to make a difference to whether I will squirt or not if I stimulate the G-spot or just the clitoris. The factors that seem to make a difference are: I find it easier to squirt when I’m ovulating, and that it only happens if I am very well hydrated (up to 3 litres of liquid a day.) I also found that simply intending to squirt and checking information on how to make it happen seemed to lead to the event, though the advice I found didn’t seem that directly effective. It’s all in the mind! I have also found that vibrators can prevent squirting and I speculate that this is because the body orgasms more quickly and easily with vibration and therefore the pelvic tension required to make a woman squirt is not achieved.
It may be that Tantric experts or partners with experience of making women squirt will be very useful if you are trying to achieve a squirting orgasm for the first time, but as with all sexual experimentation, masturbation is the primary way forward. It’s not fair to expect a man to do it for you if you can’t do it yourself! Have patience and enjoy the trying and you will get there in the end.
