It is estimated over 80% of women are wearing the wrong bra size. Finding the right bra size and shape can make such a difference to your shape and also to your confidence.

This bra size guide should help you to generally determine the right bra size but we do recommend that you get professionally fitted to be sure of finding exactly the best bra size and style for you as all manufacturers are slightly different and even the same manufacturer haved a slight difference in sizes for different styles of bra.

Also you will need to consider what type of bra you like best, plunge, balcony, padded, gel, full cup, there is now a bigger choice than ever before to get the right fitting for you. However, we recommend that you take a look at the video clip on the Home Page made by Freya entitled "The Holy Fit" it gives you lots of practical tips and advice.

How to measure your bra size:

(note: Measurements should be made on skin, not over clothing).

1. First measure around your body directly under the bust, this
will give you the underbust measurement. Refer to Chart 1
to determine your correct back size.

2. Measure around your body over the fullest part of your bust -
this will give you the overbust measurement.

Make this measurement nice and snug and not at all slack.

3. Calculate the difference between this overbust measurement.

Refer to Chart 2 to determine your correct cup size.
