At Peaches and Screams, we understand that privacy matters. Orders are sent in discreet packaging, with a choice of UK delivery services available depending on how quickly you would like your order to arrive.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are sent in plain, discreet outer packaging.

There is nothing on the outside of the parcel to indicate that you have ordered from Peaches and Screams or to identify the type of products inside.

Where delivery labels and carrier information are required, these are kept as neutral as reasonably possible.

Discreet Billing

For additional privacy, Peaches and Screams will not normally appear as the merchant name on your bank statement or payment history.

Payments are made to our company, Loxa Capital Ltd, and this company name may therefore appear on your bank statement, card statement or payment history.

The exact description shown is determined by your bank, card provider or payment service and may vary.

UK Delivery Options

We currently offer the following UK delivery options:

The delivery price applicable to your order will be shown at checkout before payment.

Please remember that delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Cut Off Time

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will normally be processed for dispatch on the same day.

We recommend ordering as early as possible if you require prompt delivery. During particularly busy periods, orders placed earlier in the day and orders using faster delivery services may be prioritised.

Orders placed after 2pm may be processed on the following working day.

Orders placed after the cut off time on Friday will normally be processed from the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Same day dispatch is not guaranteed and may be affected by stock availability, payment checks, exceptionally high order volumes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Next Day Delivery

Where DHL Express is selected, delivery is expected on the following working day after dispatch.

Please be aware that this is not a guaranteed next day service unless we expressly state otherwise when you place your order.

Courier delays can occasionally occur, so please allow additional time where a delivery is particularly time sensitive.

Certain UK Postcodes and Remote Locations

Some destinations require additional delivery time.

Please allow approximately two working days for certain AB, DD, FK, TD and PH postcodes, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Isles of Scilly.

Actual delivery times can vary according to the carrier, destination and local delivery network.

Saturday Delivery

Evri Express deliveries may take place on Saturdays.

If you have a particular delivery requirement, please contact us at info@peachesandscreams.co.uk before ordering and we will advise whether a suitable service is available.

Evri ParcelShop Collection

We are currently unable to send an Evri order directly to a ParcelShop as the original delivery address when your order is placed.

However, once your parcel has been dispatched and Evri tracking has been issued, Evri may give you the option to divert your parcel to an eligible nearby ParcelShop.

Any diversion options are provided and managed by Evri and are subject to availability.

You will need to provide a valid email address when placing your order so that you can receive relevant tracking information, delivery updates and, where applicable, the collection code required to collect your parcel.

Please check that your email address is correct before completing your order.

Tracking Your Delivery

Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be sent after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your dispatch notification. The first tracking event may not appear immediately.

Once your parcel is with the carrier, tracking information will usually provide the most up to date indication of its progress.

European Delivery

Delivery to European destinations is normally expected to take approximately 3 to 10 working days from dispatch.

International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal networks, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

International orders may also be subject to restrictions based on the weight, size or nature of the products ordered.

Rest of the World Delivery

Delivery to destinations outside Europe is normally expected to take approximately 7 to 10 working days, although some destinations may take longer.

International delivery availability and charges will be displayed at checkout where a delivery service is available for your destination.

Certain products may not be available for delivery to particular countries because of carrier, customs, product or local regulatory restrictions.

International Weight Restrictions

International parcels are subject to carrier weight restrictions.

As a general guide, parcels sent to European destinations may be subject to a 2kg weight limit, while parcels sent to destinations outside Europe may be subject to a 1.5kg weight limit.

Orders exceeding the applicable limit may require an alternative delivery service or additional delivery charges.

If this affects your order, we may contact you before dispatch.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by Peaches and Screams and, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing can also cause delays that are outside our control.

Customers ordering internationally are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can lawfully be imported into and received in their destination country.

Orders Containing Several Products

Your order may occasionally be sent in more than one parcel.

This means that if you order several products, they may not necessarily arrive together. Separate parcels can have different tracking numbers and may arrive on different days.

If only part of your order has arrived, please check your dispatch notifications and tracking information before contacting us, as the remaining products may already be on their way.

You will not be charged additional delivery fees simply because we have chosen to send an order in separate parcels.

Delivery Times Are Estimates

All delivery dates and times stated on our website are approximate unless a particular delivery service is expressly described as guaranteed.

Although the vast majority of parcels arrive within their expected delivery window, circumstances outside our reasonable control can occasionally result in delays.

These may include severe weather, transport disruption, customs processing, carrier network problems, unusually high parcel volumes and seasonal demand.

We cannot guarantee that a parcel will arrive on a particular date merely because an estimated delivery date has been provided.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct postcode and any flat, apartment, building or other information necessary for delivery.

Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a parcel being returned to us or otherwise prevents successful delivery, additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be sent again.

Parcels Showing as Delivered

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot find it, please first check around your property, any nominated safe place, with other members of your household and, where appropriate, with your neighbours.

You should also check any delivery photograph, collection point information or other information supplied by the carrier.

If you are still unable to locate the parcel, please contact us at info@peachesandscreams.co.uk as soon as possible so that we can investigate.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please retain the outer packaging and contact us at info@peachesandscreams.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, please take clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging and affected products. These may be required so that we can investigate the issue with the delivery carrier.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you believe that an item is missing from your order or you have received an incorrect product, please email info@peachesandscreams.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

Before reporting an item as missing, please check whether your order has been divided into multiple parcels.

Special Delivery or Packaging Requests

If you have a particular delivery or packaging requirement, please email info@peachesandscreams.co.uk before placing your order.

We will always try to accommodate reasonable requests where possible, although we cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled.

Regardless of any special request, our standard approach is to package orders as discreetly as reasonably possible.
