How to Taste Great during Oral Sex

By Ksenia Sobchak

One thing many people think but don't talk about is how they taste during oral sex. It's normally a big concern for women when a man goes down on them for the first time. Somehow men don't seem to worry as the taste of sperm is widely joked about and known as being salty and sticky. Just like women though every man tastes different. Men usually enjoy the taste of a woman however if you're at all concerned there are ways you can make yourself taste even better and ways to avoid tasting a little bitter.

Men can follow this too so that next time you treat him to a blow job you really do want to lick his penis like an ice cream!

For the Sweet Toothed

If a man drinks a lot of pineapple juice his semen will taste sweeter. In fact it's not just pineapple juice that will do this. Any natural fruit sugars will enhance the sweetness of the semen however be careful how much you drink as fruit juices can give men incredible wind and that's one thing sure to put any woman off no matter how delicious your spunk tastes.

This also applies to a woman, with the best fruits being mangoes, kiwis, pineapples and grapes (that doesn't mean wine).

Go Nutty

Nuts can also give sexual fluids a great taste as they remove any bitterness. Almonds and cashews are the best, along with Brazil nuts.

What Not to Eat

Any food with a high fat content will make you taste bitter as will coffee, alcohol, cigarettes and basically anything you enjoy! Experts suggest a healthy diet with plenty of white meat, fruit and vegetables for fantastic tasting bits.

Garlic and onions don't give your semen or juices a really nasty taste but they will change your flavour after you eat them.

When to Eat Up

If you want your diet to effect the way you taste start eating the foods mentioned a couple of days before sex.

Other Factors

If you are really worried about the way you taste or think that your taste is off-putting to your partner make sure you get investigated by a doctor. Infections can alter the taste of fluid as can the antibiotics to treat them so it's a good idea to rule this out before you try natural methods. Also BV can be a culprit and ironically this infection is caused by a pH imbalance usually from using shower gels and soaps down there!
