Orgasm Through Penetration: It’s All About Technique

By Elena Ognivtseva

The fabled vaginal orgasm – it’s something many women find elusive and some women never experience.

Now, I’m not suggesting that vaginal orgasms are superior to their clitoral sisters. Oh, no. And I think most women are happy with an orgasm of any description. However, although it can be more difficult to come by, there seems to be nothing physiologically to suggest that some women are capable of vaginal orgasms while others are not.

Size Really Doesn’t Count

Even though the vast majority of women would tell their lovers that size doesn’t matter, there are an overwhelmingly large number of ladies who believe that the key to a vaginal orgasm is a larger than average penis.

Guys, please stop worrying about the size of your equipment. It absolutely does not make any difference in regards to your ability to stimulate the inner walls of the vagina and the G-Spot. Want to know why?

Well, the highly sensitive part of the vagina only occupies approx three inches, or so, of the interior walls – after that we can, of course, register sensation, but it doesn’t provide the pleasure found lower. The G-Spot is located between one and three inches on the anterior wall. Therefore, fingers alone are quite ample to stimulate those areas, the average sized penis is much larger than necessary and even a smaller than average penis can offer just as much pleasure.

It’s What You Do With It

So, it really is all about technique. However, the problem is that the penis isn’t quite the right shape to offer G-Spot stimulation. Located on the front wall of the vagina, your fingers have to be bent in a ‘come hither’ gesture in order to feel the slightly rougher skin that covers the spot. Now, it’s worth mentioning that many men have a slight curve to their penis. If this is the case, it’s worth experimenting with various positions to see if he can stimulate the G-Spot.

Regardless of the shape of the penis, sex in the missionary position is very unlikely to result in any G-Spot stimulation. Therefore, if you want to experience a vaginal orgasm, you may need to experiment a little – something your lover is unlikely to complain about.

The most likely ways of stimulating the G-Spot through intercourse is penetration from behind and any position in which the woman is on top, but specifically if she is reversed (facing away from her lover).

If all else fails, try locating the G-Spot with fingers. Once located, the spot needs persistent and firm pressure, because, unlike the clitoris, the nerves are not on the surface of the skin. I would recommend a slow technique, increasing the speed when required. Going at it very quickly right off the bat, is unlikely to achieve the desired result. I would also advise any man who wants to helps his lover reach orgasm (of any kind) to talk to her while stimulating her physically. Of course, when I say talk, I mean about something sexy!
