Lesson 1 - Cream Kisses. For this you can use ice cream or cream. Grab your partners favourite flavour on the way home, and leave a note and a tissue saying 'Want to taste paradise?' as she enters the room grab her and dribble the cream over her neck- kiss it and lick it off. Let things slowly progress- gently taking each others clothes off covering each other in cream and kisses. Everything must be done slowly, she will want to have sex with you but STILL take it very slowly.

Lesson 2 - Walk in the park. Taking a walk on a nice, warm evening can be surprisingly effective. Plan ahead where you're going to go, the best places are quiet, away from kids and the crowds. Beforehand go and hide a rose in a bush that you know you will pass- then as you walk past you can pluck it out and hand it to your partner. When she returns home she'll find a bottle of her favourite chilled wine and two glasses. What happens next is left to your imagination.

Lesson 3 - Movie time. Girls love it when they think they pick the movie. For once let her win and hire out a famous, boring, girlie romance flick. Create the right atmosphere by snuggling together on the sofa, maybe under a blanket or duvet. Lower the lights, to make the atmosphere less harsh and more intimate. As the movie gets juicy start to move closer to your partner, touching her and kissing her, look her deep in her eyes. The closer you get the more she'll respond- the movie will set her nicely and things should move along nicely.

Lesson 4 - Romantic Dinner. This again is all about creating the right atmosphere, combined with a bit of effort and she'll be putty in your hands. If you can't cook don't worry- gain some help either order in or enlist friends to instruct on a fool proof recipe. Invest in some candles- these are an essential -they ooze effort and show her what you feel. Turn the lights down really low and put soft music on to create a calm atmosphere. Unplug the phone and turn off your mobile to cut off the outside world this will create an atmosphere of intimacy. Don't prepare a desert, quickly clear the table and announce that sex is the desert! If the night as gone well you should be in luck!

Lesson 5 - Sensual Massage. The way to really make this work is to know when your partner would most appreciate a bit of attention. For example right after she gets home from a hard day at the office. I recommend that you get home a bit early to prepare things. Two things are essential: lubricant and clean finger nails! You can choose any form of lubricant you want- massage or baby oil is fine- but remember it does rot some condoms so moisturiser is also ok. A nice touch is to prepare a clean towel and robe for her, allowing her to shower and feel comfortable before you set to work, maybe even pour her a glass of wine, to help her relax further. Don't worry too much about the actual massage; just go with the flow- you'll soon pick up what she likes…..
