The average male around the world, is often unhappy about the size of his penis and so he goes for penis stretching. There are several methods of penis enlargement, using penis stretchers being one such. But simple as it may sound, it can also be very risky. The penis is a sensitive organ and if you subject it to any kind of harsh treatment, it could be seriously painful and harmful too. That is why, it is better to take some tips on penis stretching before trying it.

Penis stretching works on the simple principle that is used while building muscles. When we exercise, the cells within our muscles and tissues get stretched and elongated to the point that they start dividing. This leads to formation of new cells and causes the muscle to expand. The penile enlargement works on the same principle. There are several ways to achieve penis stretching. The most recommended way is to do certain exercises.

These include the Kegel exercise, penis squeeze, Jelqing exercise etc. Most of these exercises focus upon forcing more blood to enter the penis during erection. There are three main chambers of the penis in which blood enters during erection – on the dorsal side, corpora cavernosa, two of them lying next to each other and corpus spongiosum, on the ventral side, lying in between the two.

During erection, these are the chambers that get filled up with blood. The above mentioned penis stretching exercises, all focus upon stretching and working on the penis in such a way that more and more blood enters those chambers. One usually has to grip the penis and apply oils or other lubricants and then stretch the penis, to increase its size. These penis stretching exercises obviously have to be repeated regularly. Some of them like the jelqing exercises may also require soaking the penis in lukewarm water to get the desired erection stage. Alternatively, one can use devices called penis stretchers.
