Arrived broken and company abdicated any responsibility.

This expensive item arrived faulty. I removed from box, plugged in to charge and it did not work. I informed them the same day and sent it back. P&S informed me that I had tampered with the on/off button and therefore I was responsible. I explained MANY times that this is how it arrived and why would I do such a thing to a new purchase, but they simply did not care and refused to repair, replace or refund. This company has NO INTEGRITY and sends out faulty products. Be very careful.
