We are all looking for ways to improve or control orgasm so we and our partners can experience better sex life. It is a fact than men reach orgasm much earlier than women that sometimes causes disappointment. However, fret no more because there are several ways to help us last longer in bed.

It is always better to do this the natural way to avoid any harmful side effects in the end. One way to make you last longer in bed is to train your penis by doing penis exercises. This might sound funny, but it is true that there are particular exercises for our penis to improve its girth, length and to prolong ejaculation.

It is just like building muscle on our body, we do certain exercises to keep it in shape and increase stamina. Penis exercises are fairly much simpler compared to the common exercises we perform to achieve big muscles on our arms or to get a six pack abs.

By far, Kegel exercise is the most commonly used exercise to improve the penis.

It does not only help in giving harder and longer erections, but it also strengthens our pelvic floor.

There are many ways to perform Kegel exercise, but the easiest way to do this is by clenching and releasing the PC muscle or what we call the pubococcygeus muscle.

This is also the same muscle that helps in controlling our urine flow and orgasm, thus prolonging ejaculation.

One more technique is the hanging towel method. Some may not be familiar with this exercise yet so we will share with you how to do this right.

To start this, the penis should be on its erected state. As soon as you have reached a full erection, place a small towel over the penis. Make sure that the towel is not too heavy and it covers up the whole thing. Then tense your penis making it move up and down. Try to do this at least 3-4 times a week and you will achieve harder penis.

Try these exercises and last longer in bed. Now we can all experience longer penis and our staying power will definitely be appreciated by our partners.
