Great Oral Sex Tips For Beginners And Couples

Only naughty couples should read these! Oral Sex Tips

If you are new to oral sex, oral sex is simply the act of using one’s mouth or tongue to stimulate your partner’s genital region. It is a regular part of sex for many couples, while others use it as a method of foreplay.

Oral sex can be divided into two parts. Using your mouth to arouse your partner’s penis is called fellatio, while the most common slang term for it is called giving a blowjob. On the opposite side, using one’s tongue to arouse your partner’s clitoris and/or vagina is termed cunniligus.

Overall, oral sex can be extremely pleasurable for couples, not only for the person receiving it, but also for the person giving it. Here are a few tips if you are looking at learning more about introducing oral sex into the relationship.

Health

This is the prime concern in any sexual relationship. The AIDS virus is now prevalent around the world, so it is crucial you know your partner and his/her health well. However, there are other sexually transmitted diseases as well, so you need to be aware of the symptoms for them. If you notice any open sores around your partner’s genital region, do not engage in any oral sex practises. This will prevent any possibility of you catching any disease as well. If you are the one with sores, be considerate to your partner and do not allow him/her to do it either. It is always safest to wait for the sores to heal and therefore not pass on any virus.

Safe Oral Sex

If you are unsure about giving oral sex to your man, you should always consider using condoms. Condoms can be used if you want to perform fellatio on your partner if open sores are present, as the risks of any virus transmission are significantly lowered. The best kinds of condoms to use for oral sex are the ones that are non-lubricated and are flavoured. If you require additional lubrication, make sure that you use a water-based lubricant, as oil-based lubricants will degrade the latex condom to the point of breaking. To make it even more fun, there are many different flavoured water-based lubricants available. No matter what your favourite flavour is, chances are there will be a lubricant in that flavour!
