Sex and Chocolate - How to Use Chocolate During Sex
Now this is possibly two of most women's favourite things, sex and chocolate. I don’t have a single female friend who doesn’t love one of the two, and a large percentage love them both. In fact some people believe there is a direct link between women have more enjoyment of sex and chocolate. Some people probably will disregard this article, some may not have even gotten as far as this. I say don’t dismiss it but read on and learn a little more about it. So how does this work?
Well chocolate contains a small amount of caffeine naturally which produces Serotonin in the body. Serotonin helps contribute to making you feel happy, therefore helps with depression. The darker the chocolate the better it is. The reason being is when you eat chocolate you get a rush of endorphins which is supposed to improve sex, and in fact is what is produced by having sex, therefore you’re just doubling the sexual pleasure by already having endorphins floating around giving you a good mood.
So allowing yourself to have chocolate as a treat, a regular treat (should I add as part of a healthy balanced lifestyle? I probably should but I’m lacking doing that myself so… at least I said it!) can improve your sex life by allowing yourself access to these happy endorphins more often. And being happy helps aid a calm stress free life which makes sex better. At least it does for some people, and it does in some cases.
In Milan a study was undertaken a few years ago and it determined that women who ate chocolate regularly found they had a greater sex drive than those who did not eat chocolate often. Chocolate can also help increase sex drive whilst women have their menstrual cycle, as at this point many women become sexually inactive.
So either way theres not really an excuse not to eat chocolate, unless you’re allergic. I mean wheres the con here? Sex helps you lose weight so that shouldn’t be a problem if you’re wanting to have sex more often because your sex drive is going sky high. Personally, I say pass the Toblerone and lets see how I feel in a month. Because yes it does take a week or two for your body and sex drive to adapt. And since I’m a big fan of dark chocolate and thats supposed to be even better as it has slightly more caffeine in it. So, go on, buy a bar and feel good, then tell us how it goes.
