You should have a healthy sex life to manage and maintain your relationship. When you are in love, there should be trust and understanding. Also, it is a moderate exercise; it raises your heart rate as taking a walk and a slow bike ride. Studies show that women have nuclear hearts, and those who make love more often are protected from heart-related diseases. This article highlights three tips for having more sex.

Exercise

You can enhance your bed game by doing more exercises that will boost your stamina in bed and set you up in the right mood. They also improve your self-esteem and make you feel sexier. One hundred fifty minutes of aerobic activities will help, combined with daily strengthening activities in a week, and boost your sex life. However, it is not evident how much exercise should be done to improve your sex life. Some of the body exercises known for increasing your stamina are seat-ups, push-ups, kKegels, and other bodywork outs. According to Marques et al. (2010), kegels strengthen the pelvic area muscles; they relax the muscles around the vagina, making it feel more comfortable when making love, and it is how to have better sex. Kegels also improve the blood flow around the area, thus increasing the sensitivity which in turn will lead to easier organisms. The kegel muscles are the same muscles that enable you to squeeze and stop urine. Therefore to strengthen the muscles, tighten/ constrict the muscles the release or relax them. Ensure to do this for ten minutes; for beginners, you can start five minutes the advance as you get used to it. Time is everything; give it time for you to get the results. Some people are busy, and the schedule sometimes makes you feel tired of having sex. You wake up already planned for the whole day, starting with who will do the dishes and dropping and picking the kids from school, not to mention what is waiting for you at work. Calming with your partner will relax you, listening to some soft music, or practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and meditation.
