Taboom 2 Rose Black Bondage Candles

I recently tried the Taboom 2 Rose Black Bondage Candles, and I have to say, they gave me a mixed experience. Let me walk you through it.

First, let’s talk about the overall feel. The candles are visually striking, with a deep, rich black color and a delicate rose-shaped design. They immediately stand out and add a unique touch to the ambiance, which is nice if you're looking to create a more sensual setting. The wax itself is soft, which means it melts pretty quickly, so the drips can come at you fast. That was both a pro and a con.

On the plus side, I found that the candles do create some interesting sensations when the wax drips on the skin. If you're into temperature play, they definitely give that feeling of warmth without being overwhelmingly hot. I had no issues with the wax being too painful or uncomfortable, and it actually made for an exciting and somewhat relaxing experience.

However, I didn’t quite enjoy how quickly the candles melted. The wax pool forms quickly, so if you’re not careful with how you position them, you end up with excess wax that just pools on the surface instead of dripping down in controlled amounts. The candles didn’t last as long as I anticipated either, so you might want to have a couple of backups on hand if you plan on using them for a longer session.

The scent was also a little bit of a disappointment. While the rose fragrance is subtle and not overpowering, I didn’t find it particularly enticing. It didn’t add much to the atmosphere for me, and I honestly didn’t notice it much after the initial light.

All in all, I’d say these candles are decent, especially if you’re looking to experiment with some light bondage or temperature play. Just keep in mind that the burn time is short, and the scent might not be as pronounced as you'd hope. Would I use them again? Sure, but I wouldn’t make them my go-to choice for long sessions.
